TOK DUMP and Muddy Waters Moving Company Inc. provide junk removal, moving, and related services for residential and commercial customers. By booking our services, you agree to the terms outlined below.

2. Pricing

All pricing is based on the scope of work, volume, weight, time, and accessibility. Estimates provided are based on the information available at the time and may be adjusted if job conditions differ.

Additional charges may apply for:

• Stairs or multiple levels
• Long carrying distances
• Heavy or oversized items
• Hazardous or restricted materials
• Delays outside of our control

We strive to provide transparent, fair pricing with no hidden fees.

3. Liability

While we strive to provide professional service, TOK DUMP and Muddy Waters Moving Company Inc. are not liable for damages beyond reasonable control.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TOK DUMP and Muddy Waters Moving Company Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

4. Damage & Item Responsibility

Customers are responsible for removing, securing, or clearly identifying any fragile, valuable, or hazardous items prior to service.

We are not responsible for damage to:

• Undisclosed items
• Improperly packed or unsecured items
• Items left within the work area

5. Access & Site Conditions

Customers must ensure safe and accessible working conditions.

Additional fees may apply for:

• Difficult or unsafe access
• Stairs, tight spaces, or obstacles
• Long distances from truck to site
• Weather or environmental challenges

We reserve the right to refuse service if conditions are deemed unsafe.

6. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.

We reserve the right to:

• Refuse service
• Stop work
• Withhold items (where applicable)

in the event of non-payment.

7. Cancellations

Cancellations or rescheduling should be made as early as possible.

Same-day cancellations or missed appointments may be subject to a service fee.

8. Donations & Disposal

Items collected may be donated, recycled, or disposed of at our discretion. We do not guarantee that items will be returned once removed.

Some services may be performed by independent contractors. These contractors are not employees of TOK DUMP or Muddy Waters Moving Company Inc. and are responsible for their own insurance, licensing, and operations.
